Sratègico Steering Committee

A 6-person strategic steering committee will be coordinated by the French Embassy (Councillor for Cooperation and Cultural Action, Thierry VALENTIN and VIA ESR, Justine FURTADO), with the support of the two National Directors involved in MESCTI (Jone Heitor SEBASTIAO and Emmanuel CATUMBELA), representing the Minister), the President of the Club des Entrepreneurs Franco-Angolais, CEFA (Luis LIBERATO), and the local educational and scientific coordinator (Jean-Pierre CALISTE, Professor Emeritus of UTC).

Technical Committee

An extended technical committee of 14 people will be composed of the members of the steering committee, representatives of the two Angolan institutions, the Director of the National Institute of Scholarships, INAGBE, the three companies that mainly contribute to the funding (CEO of TOTAL, Academia SONANGOL, CASTEL, or their representatives), the Director of AFD for Angola and the representative of Expertise France for the ASPP project. This committee may decide to be open to other members from time to time, including representatives of French institutions during their expert or monitoring missions.
