

Angolan and French partners
- The French Embassy and more particularly SCAC, which is responsible for the overall management of the ESR-T ANGOLA project and for managing the FSPI budget with the chosen operator;
- The Angolan Ministry of Higher Education, Research, Technology and Innovation, which will be responsible for coordinating the institutions under its jurisdiction, for regulatory changes that may facilitate the installation of the planned training courses, for assessment through its accreditation agency (INAAREES), for validation and implementation of the national course of studies planned at the end of the FSPI;
- The French and Angolan institutions (UTBM and UTC / Université Agostinho Neto and ISPTEC) which are responsible for designing, submitting applications for accreditation and conducting the master's degrees for which they are responsible, including establishing relations with companies necessary for the smooth running of the study-study programme;
- Partners from the economic world, the Franco-Angolan Business Club (CEFA), companies (TOTAL, Academia SONANGOL, CASTEL, TECHNIP-FMC, INDUPLASTIC, ...) and Angolan institutions (INAGBE, IANORQ, IAAC) are called upon to support experimentation by participating in the scholarship system, the work-study system and by sponsoring associated events;
- Other actors who, without being members of the project, are partners in the implementation of its results, such as other donors (European Union, AFD) that support complementary projects (ASPP, incubators) and project leaders in synergy with the objectives and content of the Master developed (SASSCAL II).
Developing a training ecosystem
Develop a technological training model that is transferable to the entire ESR-T system in Angola.
Develop the offer of work-linked training
There are two masters in technology, one of which is open alternately.
Two teams of 10 to 15 trained Angolan teachers.
A quality system applicable to both masters and auditable.
Developing the technological culture and dissemination of experience
The swarm manual is validated and distributed.
The UAN Fablab has the equipment foreseen in phase 2 (electronics, microelectronics).
Angolan teams are present every year in the 24 hours of innovation competition.
In 2021, the " Innovation Days " (3 or 4 days) are launched in connection with the UTBM " CrunchTime ".
